Ghana’s Football Legend Asamoah Gyan has been included as member of the NPP’s 2024 Manifesto committee by the Vice President and Flagbearer of NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Asamoah Gyan has been made to lead and chair the Youth and Sports sub committee of the NPP 2024 manifesto.

He is expected to bring his expertise, knowledge and experience in the game to bear in drafting lofty policies to addressing sports challenges as well as improving the game which has seen sharp decline.

The former Black Stars Captain was in attendance at UPSA in Accra on 7th February 2024 when Vice President Dr. Bawumia was espousing his vision statement for Ghanaians to consider him become president in 2024 general elections.

Asamoah Gyan has been seen as someone who shares same political beliefs with the NPP.
